I started out as a Saturday girl 30 years ago, before opening The Vanilla Room in 1995. I love hair full stop! As a Specialist Colour Degree graduate, I’m always learning. Happiest when cutting a precision bob or styling a mean blow dry! When I’m not running a busy salon you’ll find me cooking, walking my beloved dogs or snowboarding.
I’ve been a hairdresser for 30 years, and still have the same enthusiasm and passion I did when I first started out. I love creating wearable, easy to manage colour & style for my clients, helping them look their fantastic best every day. I love relaxing at home with friends and family when I’m not working and catching up over food and drinks.
I joined The Vanilla Room at 16 (20 years ago!) and still love giving a truly personal service, and training in the latest techniques. Building a relationship and really getting to know clients, means they can achieve a truly unique style. My family is my focus outside of the salon and my big group of TVR friends!
I’ve been a professional hairdresser for 19 years, and with The Vanilla Room for 17 years. I adore creative colour and am especially passionate about highlighting techniques, and advanced re-bonding techniques making it easier to maintain health and shine. When I’m not transforming client’s I’m a busy mum. But, of course, I do enjoy letting my hair down for the odd night out with friends!
I trained at The Vanilla Room and have 19 years hairdressing experience. I’m technical and really enjoy Keratine blowdry, Olapex, SmartBond services as well as cutting short hairstyles and textured bobs. I visit the theatre whenever I can and always look forward to an adventurous holiday.
I’ve been hairdressing for over 25 years, and I’m still driven by creativity and a passion for hair. The most important part of my job is listening. Only then can I create unique colour, or styling to make life a little easier.
I’ve been part of the TVR family since the salon opened in 1995, and am known for my exuberant personality and creative flair! I love every single aspect of professional hairdressing, and nothing beats creating hair that makes a client smile! I’m also an active supporter of the My New Hair and Little Princess Trust charities, and I’m privileged to work with clients who have faced health challenges and achieved their hair goals.
I’ve 22 years in hairdressing having worked at Harrods & Charles Worthington before joining the TVR team. I’m passionate about creative colour & technical cutting, together they make a client’s style totally unique. When I’m not transforming hair, I’m at the gym or on the football sidelines!
I’ve been part of the TVR team for 17 years, starting as a trainee. Going full-circle I’m now a trainer in the salon’s Apprentice Programme, Hair Camp and inspire the next generation of hairdressing talent. I love to embrace new technologies in colour and specialise in bespoke highlighting techniques. When I’m not styling clients or training I really enjoy going to gigs and festivals.
I’ve been a hairdresser for 22 years, and joined The Vanilla Room in 2007. What I love about my work is taking the time to really listen to clients, helping them find an individual look that’s perfect for them. I’ve a pretty hectic home life, and I can usually be found cheering for my football mad sons, or dance mad daughter!
I’ve been hairdressing for over 25 years. I love creative cutting short and long styles. I enjoy listening to people and making them feel amazing. I’ve worked in London for most of my 28 year career but now with three children, working in the best salon in Essex ticks all the boxes for family life.
I’ve had thirteen years of salon experience, including working in central London and internationally. I love to give my clients coloured looks to compliment their complexion, that is long lasting and wears well. I am an all round stylist, confident in all areas of cut whether that be long or short and creating beautiful hair dos for those special events.
I started my hair journey at The Vanilla Room in 2020 as an Apprentice learning all aspects of professional hairdressing and developing into a Stylist. I most enjoy bespoke colours and love creating a bouncy blow dry! When I’m not behind the chair, you will either find me out for food and drinks or in a class at the gym!
