Richard was amazing and put me at ease right away. Friendly, understanding of what I wanted to achieve and made the entire experience very enjoyable.

He really boosted my confidence and my look. I am so happy with my hair albeit a huge change and the cut is great.

I was very nervous coming into the salon for the 1st time as I have had my friend cutting my hair for years. Kirsty was lovely! Kirsty cut my hair exactly how I wanted. I will definitely be back. I would recommend the Vanilla room to friends too.

Absolutely loved my hair cut. Claudia talked me through everything she was doing and came up with some great suggestions. Thank you. Just a little mention as well to the young girl who washed my hair, she was great, making sure everything was ok throughout.

Took my 4 year old for her first haircut and she loved it and it looks great. All the staff are so kind and lovely, Charlie who cut Ava's hair, the gorgeous young lad who greeted us and sat Ava down, and the young lady who made Ava a hot chocolate. Thank you xx
