We have received lots of emails since the Tier 4 restrictions were announced and so I wanted to clarify the answers to a few of the most commonly asked questions…
The salon is now closed and so is the booking line, until the next review on restrictions we have no idea when we will be able to reopen. We will update you when this changes and the phone lines will open a few days before the salon. Until then, all phone lines are closed.
Anyone who had an appointment booked in January (or at any point during the closure) will receive a call when we have a reopening date confirmed. We will rearrange your appointment on this call, there is no need to contact us now. It’s very difficult because we cannot rebook and offer a concrete date for your next visit and therefore the best we can do is to keep you updated every month via this email.
Many of you have asked about Gift Vouchers and I would like to confirm that we will extend all gift vouchers and you do not need to contact us individually about this. We will send further information when we have a reopening date.
