Meet our L’Oreal Colour Degree Graduates… We set our standards incredibly high at The Vanilla Room, and are renowned for our technical excellence and investment in training. That makes this summer even sweeter for us, as we proudly announce that 2 more of our team have graduated the prestigious L’Oreal Colour Degree.
Rich and Emma, now join an elite group of hairdressing experts from across the UK, and can boast an unparalleled knowledge of colour. In addition, Rich & Emma’s graduation means that The Vanilla Room has become one of an extremely select group of hairdressing salons nationwide with a total of 3 Degree level staff (No other salon in Essex boasts this level of expert knowledge).
Commenting Rich said – “I’m incredibly proud. Only colourists showing maximum potential are invited to join the course. I can’t wait to start to input my knowledge into our salon training programme, so that all team members and clients enjoy the benefits.”
Commenting Emma said – “Completing this degree was one of the most challenging aspects of my career to date. It was very intense, but worth it, and I feel honoured to be part of such an elite group. I’m excited to build our Degree knowledge into our staff training programme and share the expertise across the salon.”
