Cancellation policy
Appointments cancelled without sufficient notice means we miss the opportunity to connect with clients on our waiting list and cannot fill that appointment time, which hits our independent business extremely hard and could leave a Stylist standing around, whilst they could be creating fabulous hair. Therefore, all appointments are subject to our booking cancellation policy.
We understand that things change so, all appointments can be altered up to 48 hours before the appointment time, after which the following charges will be incurred.
Booking cancellation policy
25% of total appointment for cancellation within 48 hours
50% of total appointment for cancellation within 24 hours
100% of total appointment for no-show or cancellation on the day
‘On the day’ is considered to be on the actual day of the appointment regardless of time or within 1 hour of salon closing time the previous working day. If we can refill some of the appointment on the actual day then this will be reduced to 50% of the service charge. We will of course strive to do this.
Cool-off period
For short notice appointments booked within 48 hours of the appointment, we allow cancellation or amendment of your appointment without charge within 30 minutes of receiving your booking confirmation.
Appointment deposits
A 25% appointment deposit is chargeable for all online bookings, first time appointments and 50% for large group bookings. Deposits are fully refundable up to 48 hours before the appointment.
Lateness
If you are running late, please call us so we can tailor the appointment to the remaining time available and help you try to avoid any cancellation charges.
No show policy
Repeated no shows may result in the requirement of full payment in advance for future bookings to protect our business.
Emergency cancellations
We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. With proof, we may make exceptions to our policy at the managements discretion.
How to cancel your appointment
The best way is via your What’s app booking confirmation, where you can control all your bookings, our number is 01708 452245. You can cancel over the telephone or leave us an answerphone message, or via our online booking platform. Cancellations are not accepted via email, facebook, instagram or other social media.
