Claudia is really skilled, professional and extremely warm and genuine in making your experience and outcome very positive.
I was very nervous as I’ve been home colouring and cutting my hair for years, Claudia made me feel very comfortable, relaxed and at ease.

I had a wonderful experience at The Vanilla Room. From start to finish, everything was seamless - the booking process was smooth, the pricing was reasonable, and the private room was clean, comfortable and pleasantly set up. A lovely touch was being served a cappuccino with chocolate and biscuits - such thoughtful hospitality!

A special mention goes to Ellie, my beautiful and talented hairdresser, who made the entire experience even more enjoyable. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Ellie took the time to walk me through all the options, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt completely at ease. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care really stood out.
